License grant and term
Subject to payment and continued compliance, Odeysoft Technology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Voxnara for lawful purposes during the applicable term. The software is licensed, not sold, and one license may be active on one device at a time unless your plan states otherwise. A lifetime license means the supported commercial lifetime of the product and does not guarantee perpetual updates or compatibility.
Keys, activation, and updates
Protect your license key and do not publish, sell, share, rent, or distribute it. Voxnara contacts the licensing service at startup and periodically while running. Activation may record a one-way device fingerprint, device name, operating system, app version, server-derived IP address, and activation time. The provider may supply fixes, security updates, new versions, or feature changes.
Acceptable use and restrictions
Use Voxnara lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for audio, text, permissions, consent, provider credentials, and compliance with privacy, intellectual-property, recording, and communications laws. Except where law permits, you must not reverse engineer, bypass licensing or technical protection, remove proprietary notices, resell, or sublicense the software.
Data and generated content
You remain responsible for the data and content you import, create, record, transcribe, synthesize, or export, and you confirm that you have the required rights and consent. You are responsible for reviewing generated speech and transcripts before relying on or distributing them.
Third-party services and availability
Voxnara may connect to speech providers, operating-system services, payment services, and infrastructure selected by you. Those services have their own terms, prices, limits, and data practices. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed, and Odeysoft is not responsible for third-party changes or failures outside its reasonable control.
Ownership, termination, warranty, and law
Odeysoft Technology and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in Voxnara. A license may be suspended or revoked for key sharing, reversed payment, unlawful use, security bypass, or material breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxnara is provided as is and aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license during the preceding twelve months.
