Agreement to these terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using Voxnara, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, activate, or use the software.
These terms form an agreement between you and Odeysoft Technology: 202203217573 (IP0575648-T), Malaysia. The Voxnara Software License Agreement also applies to installation, activation, and use of the software.
Purchases and license plans
Voxnara is offered under the plans and prices displayed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. A yearly license lasts for its stated one-year term and does not renew automatically unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
A lifetime license means access during the supported commercial lifetime of Voxnara. It does not guarantee perpetual updates, online services, provider availability, or compatibility with future operating systems.
Activation and devices
A valid purchase email and VOX license key are required to activate Voxnara. One license may be active on one device at a time unless the purchased plan expressly states otherwise.
Voxnara contacts the licensing service at startup and periodically while running. Activation may process a one-way device fingerprint, device name, operating system, application version, server-derived IP address, and activation time for license validation, device management, and abuse prevention.
Refunds
If a license has not been activated, you may request a full refund. Once activation has been requested or completed, purchases are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Refund requests must include sufficient order information and be submitted through the Contact page. Payment-provider processing times and any mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
Payments, prices, and taxes
Prices, currency, duration, and included features are shown before purchase. You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, and accurate billing information unless checkout states otherwise.
Payments are handled by the payment provider identified during checkout. That provider may apply its own terms, security checks, settlement times, and data practices.
Responsible use
You must use Voxnara lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the text, audio, recordings, transcripts, synthesized speech, exports, provider credentials, permissions, notices, and consents involved in your use.
You must comply with applicable privacy, intellectual-property, recording, communications, and accessibility laws. You must review generated speech and transcripts before relying on or distributing them.
Data and connected providers
Voxnara keeps project and speech-workspace data on your device by default. When you explicitly select a connected cloud speech provider, the selected content is sent directly to that provider using credentials you supply.
Cloud providers, operating-system services, payment services, and other services selected by you have their own terms, prices, limits, availability, and data practices. Odeysoft does not control those independent services.
Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you must not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code or signing keys, bypass licensing or technical protection, remove proprietary notices, resell, rent, share, or sublicense the software or license key.
You must not use Voxnara to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, or non-consensual content, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, or interfere with the software or connected services.
Ownership
Odeysoft Technology and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Voxnara, its documentation, branding, updates, and related intellectual property. The software is licensed, not sold.
You retain responsibility for and any rights you hold in your input data and generated content. No ownership rights are transferred except the limited license expressly stated in the Software License Agreement.
Availability and updates
Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may depend on operating-system capabilities, installed voices, downloadable local models, hardware, internet connectivity, or independent providers.
Odeysoft may provide fixes, security updates, new versions, or feature changes and may discontinue obsolete versions after reasonable notice where practical.
Warranty and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxnara is provided as is and as available. Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability are disclaimed where legally permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odeysoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
A license may be suspended or revoked when Odeysoft reasonably believes the key was shared, payment was reversed, the software was used unlawfully, security controls were bypassed, or these terms were materially breached.
When a license expires or these terms end, you must stop using the software. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
Changes to these terms
Odeysoft may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. A material new Software License Agreement may require explicit acceptance in Voxnara.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to use another forum.
